Trading as Texterity Documentation & Training, I’m based in the Blue Mountains, with North Shore accommodation as required to support on-site work.
Ideally, I’m seeking direct engagements with small to medium-sized businesses, where I can deliver experienced, hands-on support without needing extensive onboarding. While I am open to contract opportunities should they arise, my focus is on working directly with business clients.
Depending on requirements, I will arrange suitable public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
Preferred Roles
Texterity specializes in product documentation, help guides, work instructions, and related requirements. The types of contracts sought include:
- Remedial documentation – Reviewing, editing, and consolidating existing documentation suites and organizing them for publication on CRM or KM systems.
- Product documentation – Drafting and publishing product documentation in collaboration with Product Development and Product Engineering departments.
- SharePoint documentation – Configuring and populating SharePoint documentation libraries, managing document tagging and metadata schemas, and overseeing list and library management.
- Technical proficiency – Familiarity with GitHub, Markdown, and related web publishing tools and techniques.
Technology
Texterity uses a Wintel Mac Powerbook which can run both the current OSX and Windows 10 with MS Office 365. Texterity can also use command-line publishing and documentation tools with assistance from ChatGPT. Various bespoke applications or specialised software may be deployed by agreement.
Rates

Contract and Commitment Fee – on agreement of an engagement, a proforma contract will be signed by both parties and Texterity will invoice for an initial 3-5 days work (depending on contract scope) payable in arrears.
